Families looking for a Jewish prep school with strong basketball and sports in South Florida don't have to choose between athletics and a Jewish education. At Landow Jewish Academy in Fort Lauderdale, students train, compete and lead — the Landow way.
Basketball that builds leaders
Our basketball program teaches ball handling, passing, shooting and defense, but the real goal is bigger: confidence, discipline and leadership. Players learn to lift their teammates, own their mistakes and keep working.
Facilities on our new campus
Our new Fort Lauderdale campus includes a basketball court and an athletic field, giving students room to practice, play and grow.
More than basketball
Through PE and the Lions Den After School Program, students can also play soccer, dance and stay active all year.
Sportsmanship rooted in Jewish values
Our coach makes sure every game is played with respect, honesty and kindness. Those values — derech eretz on and off the court — carry into the classroom and beyond.
Athletics and college prep, together
Student-athletes balance competition with a rigorous dual curriculum and college counseling, so they're ready for the next level in school and in life.
